Maven offers its customers the ability to automatically record Telephone Consultations. This is permitted if the customer requests the recording IN ADVANCE and you agree IN ADVANCE to being recorded. Many customers use this feature so they can review the conversation at a later time or share it with colleagues who were not available to take part in the conversation.

MAVEN WILL NEVER RECORD YOU WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.

If you choose not to be recorded, you may be disqualified from participating in the Interview, depending upon the customer’s preferences. If you agree to be recorded, you will be provided with a digital copy of the recording upon your request.
