- Your payment request is placed in a queue for review.
- All requests are reviewed for:
- Authenticity
- Compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Tip: Make sure your Maven profile is accurate, including:
- Name
- Location
- Employment status
- Current employer (if applicable)
Step 2: Processing timeline
- Requests are processed weekly in the order received.
- Allow up to 10 business days for full processing.
- Important: No payments are processed between December 15 and January 7.
- Tip: Virtual card rewards, if available, are typically processed faster than other payment methods.
Step 3: Tax compliance (if applicable)
- Some participants, including U.S. persons, may need to provide tax identification information to comply with tax laws.
Step 4: Receive your payment
- You’ll receive an email notification when your payment is processed or sent.
- Payments are delivered securely to your selected method.
- Virtual cards:
- Can typically be used immediately upon activation.
- May be used online at specific retailers (brand-specific cards) or anywhere accepted (e.g., virtual Visa).
