Each expert consultation conducted through Zoom now includes complimentary transcripts and AI-generated summaries, giving you instant and searchable documentation of every conversation. It's never been easier to revisit key insights, share findings with your team, and keep your research organized.

To access your transcripts after a Zoom interview:

1. Go to your Maven Dashboard.
2. Under the Calendar, select the Past (Interviews) tab.
3. Find the Interview you want to review.
4. Click the three dots next to the listing.
5. Choose Download Interview Recording from the dropdown.
6. Your files (including the transcript and summary) will download in a zipped folder.
