Let’s break down how the referral commissions work for our Super Recruiter Program. There are different types of referral commissions based on the type of referral activity successfully completed. 

1. Refer to Network - 

• • 10% referral commissions on any earnings for each newly joined Maven, indefinitely*.

2. Refer to Open Interview Projects - 

• • 50% referral commissions on successful completion of that project by newly joined Maven PLUS ongoing commission of 10% on future payments that person receives from Maven, indefinitely*. 
  • 10% referral commissions on successful completion of that project by a current Maven you referred. 

3. Refer to Open Survey Projects - 

• • 10% referral commissions on successful completion of that project by a newly joined Maven you referred PLUS ongoing commission of 10% on future payments that person receives from Maven, indefinitely*. 
  • 10% referral commissions on successful completion of that project by a current Maven you referred. 

4. Refer to Priority Projects - 

• • Special bonus incentives - varies by priority project - as outlined by the Community Management team via email alerts.

*The indefinite referral commissions benefit is reviewed annually and is contingent on your referral activity as outlined in the terms.
