How do I get paid?

You’ve earned money on Maven! Here’s how to request your payment and receive your funds.

Step 1: Check your account balance

  • Log in to your Maven Dashboard.
  • Locate your Balance at the top of the page.
  • Your balance must be $25 USD or more to request payment.

Step 2: Request your payment

  • Click the Request Payment button next to your balance.
  • You will be redirected to the Payment Options page.

Step 3: Confirm your payment details

  • Select your preferred payment method.
  • Available options may vary based on your location and withdrawal amount.
  • Follow the instructions provided for your selected method.
  • Speed & fees:
    • Virtual card rewards (if available) are typically faster than other methods.
    • Some payment methods (e.g., wire transfer) may incur bank fees and take longer to process.
  • New users: You may need to set up and verify your payment details before receiving funds.
  • Returning users: If you’ve received funds before, your payment details are likely already set up.

Step 4: Payment processing timeline

  • Your request will be queued for the next processing period.
  • Requests are processed weekly in the order received.
  • All requests are reviewed for authenticity, compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Timing: Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Important: No payments are processed between December 15 and January 7.
  • Tip: Ensure your profile information is accurate (name, location, employment status, and current employer, if applicable) to avoid delays.

Step 5: Receive your payment

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your payment is processed or sent.
  • Payments are delivered securely to your selected method.
  • Virtual cards:
    • Can typically be used immediately upon activation.
    • May be used online at specific retailers (brand-specific cards) or anywhere accepted (e.g., virtual Visa).

Tips for smooth processing:

  • Keep your profile information up to date.
  • Ensure your email address is current and check your inbox regularly.
  • Add info@maven.co to your contacts or safe senders list to avoid missing important updates.
