I accepted an invitation to participate in a Telephone Consultation. When will I hear back from the customer?

Depending on the urgency of the request, this could be as little as a few minutes and as much as several weeks. As long as you do not hear anything, the opportunity is still “alive” and your response is still under consideration. Once the customer decides whether or not to proceed with a Telephone Consultation, you will receive an email notification of their decision. If they choose to have a Consultation with you, the message will include scheduling information and further instructions.

    I believe that I have uniquely qualified and have accepted an opportunity for consultating for Lighting and acoustics in open spaces but not sure if it registered , can you please advise

    I have been acccepted for tele conference by a customer in EU (7 hr time difference) and proposed several time/dates. Appts expired without any confirmation or notification which interferes with my normal work obligations.
    How can I get status updates about cancelations by requestor?
    Otherwise, how would future dates be scheduled?
